Conor is a digital storyteller specializing in creating high-quality video, graphics, and photography for elected officials and democratic causes. For almost ten years, he has been helping tell compelling stories, connect with various audiences on new mediums, and successfully push legislative agendas. 
He is currently Director of Video for the U.S. Department of Energy. In the role, Conor leads a robust video production program showcasing how the Biden-Harris Administration is fighting for everyday Americans. In this role, he produces, films, and edits videos—optimized for various social media platforms—for Secretary Jennifer Granholm and the Department of Energy. 
He regularly travels with Secretary Granholm across the country to take photos and film videos, while working on tight deadlines to ensure footage is posted quickly to social media. In addition, Conor oversees a team of video editors to approve video content, ensure it adheres to DOE standards, and train staff on best video practices.
He was previously the Digital Director for United States Senator Gary Peters. In that role, Conor significantly increased audiences on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube in a competitive digital media environment. He utilized his extensive digital skills to help establish Sen. Peters as an effective and bipartisan Senator. 
Previously, he worked for United States Representative Mark Pocan as his Digital Director and Press Secretary. During his time with Rep. Pocan, he led a robust and comprehensive digital program – spearheaded by video production. This helped Rep. Pocan stand out with reporters and constituents alike in a saturated environment. With Conor’s extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and his ability to construct a compelling narrative, he was able to raise Rep. Pocan’s profile and help establish him as a respected spokesperson on numerous issues.
Before moving to Washington, D.C., Conor worked for ProgressNow Colorado as a Content Production Specialist. In this role, he worked with progressive nonprofits in Colorado to identify spokespeople and tell compelling stories by using video, photography and graphic creation. 
In these roles, Conor has utilized video production, photography, and graphic design to highlight elected officials and tell compelling stories about the issues facing everyday Americans. Originally from Denver, CO, Conor is a proud graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and Regis Jesuit High School. While at UNC, Conor was a reporter and eventually the News Editor for The Mirror.
